Trinity Global Partners is aligned with a network of certified Executive Coaches who are able to provide their clients with a style of coaching which is results orientated, solution focused and tailored to the individuals’ needs. The aim is to help facilitate positive change through improved thinking. We offer a number of different bespoke programs tailored to clients’ requirements and open to individuals wishing to take up coaching.
Our Executive Coaches are on panels with a number of firms and are usually ex-Partners/Professionals themselves. Our coaching program focuses on developing behavioural changes to achieve goals agreed with the coachee. This can be a program of 12 sessions, a 4 session program or one off session.
Senior Candidates have the opportunity to have one off or a number of sessions as follows:
• Mentoring/coaching for candidates as they prepare for the external partner process
• Coaching successful candidates in the period before they join their new employer
• Coaching successful candidates once they’ve joined their new employer
• Coaching to help prepare candidates for the transition to a consulting firm
The techniques used are driven by neuroscience. The simple idea being that we work best when our brain is working well. So, the coaching set up and process is designed to get our brain working at its maximum potential which then enables us to generate our best thinking. Using neuroscience as the backdrop, the coaching allows our coachees to generate great ideas, actions and strategies to achieve their goals.
